An Act relative to notification by the Department of Revenue.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue is directed to provide written notice of a municipality�s placement on that department�s so called �watch list� to all city or town officials, including, but not limited to the mayor, councilors, selectmen, aldermen, finance committee members and all elected officials representing the community.
