An Act relative to electronic filing of individual taxes.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Notwithstanding the provisions of any general law, rule or regulation to the contrary, the department of revenue is directed to promulgate a regulation that eliminates the online service fee it charges to individuals who efile their state tax return, beginning with returns for tax year 2008.
