An Act making senior citizen property tax relief more equitable .
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Paragraph (3)(i) of subsection (K) of section 6 of chapter 62 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking �$600,000� and replacing it with �the median value of residential property of the town as determined by the Assessor on January first of each year �.
