An Act relative to room rental rates.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
1.� Section 1 of chapter 64G of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting, after subsection (j), the following new subsection:--�
(k)� �Friends and Family Rate�, rooms rented to employees of an Operator and relatives and friends of employees at a rate determined by the Operator.
2.� Section 1, subsection (j) of said chapter 64G is hereby amended by inserting, after the word �whatsoever.�, the following:-- �Rent for rooms rented under a Friends and Family Rate shall be based solely on the rate determined by the Operator.��
