An Act relative to the sales tax on certain medicines.
��������������� Be it enacted by
the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the
authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 6 of Chapter 64H of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after the phrase �sales of insulin;� the following:� �Sales of over-the-counter medicines including brand name and generic drugs and medicines and nutritional supplements on prescriptions of registered physicians;.
