An Act establishing a separate capital gains tax fund.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION1.���� The Department of Revenue shall derive an average for capital gains tax receipts and that any amount above the average shall be deposited into a capital gains fund to be used exclusively for capital expenditures.
