An Act relative to liquor liability insurance coverage.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12 of Chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2000 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following paragraph:
No license shall be granted or renewed under the provisions of this section until the applicant or licensee provides proof of coverage under a liquor liability insurance policy that at a minimum the policy insures the establishment for at least $250,000 is required.
