An Act clarifying the use of certain state tax credits.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 6I of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the word “taxpayer” in clause (h) and substituting therefore the phrase “qualified Massachusetts project”.
SECTION 2.
Section 31H of Chapter 63 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the word “taxpayer” in clause (h) and substituting therefore the phrase “qualified Massachusetts project.”
