An Act clarifying the use of certain state tax credits.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.
Section 6I of Chapter 62 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the word �taxpayer� in clause (h) and substituting therefore the phrase �qualified Massachusetts project�.
SECTION� 2.
Section 31H of Chapter 63 of the General Laws is hereby amended by deleting the word �taxpayer� in clause (h) and substituting therefore the phrase �qualified Massachusetts project.�
