An Act relative to the sale or conversion of agricultural land for
residential or commercial use.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 14 of chapter 61A of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the words �United States Mails.� in line 32 the following sentence:��In the case of an intended conversion not involving sale, the landowner may not revoke the notice of intent within said option period.�������
