An Act relative for the redemption of scratch tickets .
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 29 of chapter 10 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended, by inserting after the third paragraph, the following paragraph: -
No person who sells a winning scratch game ticket shall refuse to redeem the winning scratch game ticket for a period of up to one-half hour after the sale of such ticket.
