An Act relative to the promotion of ethanol based gas pumps.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 94 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 295C the following section:-
Section 29C1/2. Any retail dealer who installs an 85/15 pump (85% Ethanol 15% Gasoline) shall be reimbursed 50% of the cost by the department and shall be credited with a $2,000 per pump exemption on their state business tax.�����������
