An Act prohibiting funeral homes from selling lists.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Section 1. Chapter 112 of the Massachusetts General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding at the end of Section 85 the following: Further, no certified funeral director or owner of a funeral home shall sell, for profit, any lists containing any information pertaining to past or present clients.
