An Act relative to the price of water sold at entertainment
venues..
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Chapter 140 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after section 185G� the following section:�Section 185H. Any entertainment venue, with concessions, that prohibits outside food and beverages, should be required to sell clean water at a fair price.
