An Act relative to the price of water sold at entertainment
venues..
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Chapter 140 of the General Laws as appearing in the 2006 official edition is hereby amended by inserting after section 185G the following section:—Section 185H. Any entertainment venue, with concessions, that prohibits outside food and beverages, should be required to sell clean water at a fair price.
