An Act relative to the sale of alcoholic beverages.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 33 of chapter 138 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking the words:- �or on the day following when Christmas occurs on a Sunday� in lines 13, 14, 16, 17, 23, 24, 26 and 27 in each instance.
