An Act further regulating excavation and trench safety.

��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

����������� SECTION 1. Rules and regulations to be promulgated under section 1 of chapter 82A shall not take effect until a public hearing has been conducted or until January 1, 2010, whichever is later.����
