An Act relative to electrical weapon registration.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 131J of Chapter 140 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting the words �or fixed� after the word �portable� in the phrase �No person shall possess a portable device or weapon�.
