An Act further regulating the issuance of firearms identification.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1.� Section 129C of Chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding after clause (u), the following new clause:-
(v) Any person between the ages of twelve and seventeen, inclusive, with respect to the use of a shotgun while participating in any special youth hunt authorized by the Division of Fisheries and Wildlife, provided that such person is under the immediate supervision of a person holding a valid firearm identification card or a license to carry firearms.�����������
