��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

����������� Section1 of chapter 111C of the General Laws as appearing in the 2002 Official Edition, is herby amended by striking out the words �department of public health� in line 16 and inserting in place thereof the following: Executive Office of Public Safety.� ��������
