An Act to include call/volunteer firefighters on the Massachusetts
Fire Training Council.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Section 164 of chapter 6 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out, in line 6, the word �ten� and inserting in its place the following number:- 12.��
SECTION 2.� Said section 164, as so appearing, is hereby further amended by inserting after the word chief, in line 17, the following words:�� 2 of whom shall be selected from a list of 4 names submitted by the Massachusetts Call/Volunteer Firefighters� Association;.
