An Act relative to issuing a license to carry firearms to law
enforcement officers.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Section 131 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in paragraph (d) after the words �within the jurisdiction of the licensing authority� the following words: or any law enforcement officer employed by the licensing authority.
