An Act relative to issuing a license to carry firearms to law
enforcement officers.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 131 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting, in paragraph (d) after the words “within the jurisdiction of the licensing authority” the following words: or any law enforcement officer employed by the licensing authority.
