An Act relative to drop out rates and loan defaults for certain
students.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1. Section 87BB of chapter 112 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �given�, in lines 6, the following words:� , and a review by the department of education of the school�s student �dropout rate report and student loan default rate.
