An Act to amend the fine for failing to obtain, renew or violating
the terms of a license to operate an open air parking lot.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 56 of Chapter 148 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 official edition, is hereby amended by striking out the word "three hundred" and inserting in place thereof the word: “one thousand.”
