An Act prohibiting lending of money by cities and towns.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Section 5 of Chapter 40 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition is hereby amended by inserting after the �law�, in line 5, the following words:- : provided, however, that not city or town shall expend any funds for the construction, ownership or operation of a golf course.
