An Act relative to the destruction of dangerous dogs.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� Section 164 of chapter 140 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by striking out in lines 4 and 5 the words �not more than twenty-five dollars� and inserting in place thereof the following:-����� $2,000
