An Act further regulating workers' compensation.



                Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

            SECTION 1.  Section 22 of chapter 152 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is hereby amended by adding the following sentence:-

            Failure to give such written notice of coverage or cancellation shall be punishable by fine of not less than $50 not more than $100 per day.
