An Act clarifying the definition of an employee.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 148B of chapter 149 of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2006 Official Edition, is herby amended in line 8, by inserting after the word �employer� the following words:- or is performed outside of all places of business of the enterprise.�
