An Act relative to illegal imigration.



��������������� Be it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:

Chapter 149 of the General Laws is hereby amended by adding the following section:-

 

Section 189.  Any business facility found to be employing illegal immigrants shall be closed and padlocked immediately for a period of 30 days.
