An Act further regulating eminent domain.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
����������� SECTION 1.� Chapter 79 of the General Laws is hereby amended by inserting after section 5C the following section:�
��� Section 5D.� No property shall be taken for private economic development unless the property is a blighted area as defined in section 1 of chapter 121B.
