An Act Relative to Blunt Wraps.
Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Chapter 64 e, section 1 is amended at the end of the first paragraph by adding, “blunt wraps, which shall mean a cigar wrap made from tobacco”.
Chapter 270, section 6 is amended in line 1 after the word “tobacco” by adding the words, “blunt wraps”.
Chapter 270, section 6 is hereby amended by adding at the end thereof the following;
“It is unlawful for a person engaged in the retail sale of blunt wraps to place or maintain, or to cause to be placed or maintained, any blunt wraps advertising display within two feet of candy, snack, or nonalcoholic beverage displayed inside any store or business. Further, it is unlawful for any person or business to place or maintain, or caused to be placed or maintained, any blunt wrap advertising display that is less than four feet above the floor.”
