An Act� to define affordable housing.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
Section 20 of chapter 40B of the General Laws, as appearing in the 2004 Official Edition, is hereby amended by inserting after the word �organization�, in line 9, the following words:-�� ,any single family housing unit or condominium unit which has an assessed value of $200,000 or less and has been certified as to such value by the town or city�s board of assessors.����
