An Act to include dental benefits in all commonwealth care plans.
��������������� Be
it enacted by the Senate and House of Representatives in General Court
assembled, and by the authority of the same, as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 1 of Chapter 118H of the General Laws is hereby amended by striking out the definition of �eligible health insurance plan� and inserting in place thereof the following definition:- �Eligible health insurance plan�, a health insurance plan that meets the criteria, established by the board, for receiving premium assistance payments; provided, that such criteria must require plans to include medically necessary dental services, including preventative and restorative procedures; and provided further, that no eligible health insurance plan may require an annual deductible.
