Summary

Amend KRS 216B.015 to define "pain management clinic" and amend the definition of "health facility" to include a pain management clinic; create a new section of KRS Chapter 216B to require that all pain management clinics be licensed; require all pain management clinics to be owned by a physician in collaboration with a hospital; require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to promulgate administrative regulations related to pain management clinics.
