Summary

Amend KRS 70.090 to extend contract subject to reimbursement to 4 years, make the same extension for peace officers employed by state law enforcement agencies, and remove prorating of reimbursement for state law enforcement agencies; amend KRS 16.050 to conform; add noncodified language to maintain current contract provisions.
