Summary
Amend KRS 230.230 to subject members of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission and its employees to the Executive Branch Code of Ethics; amend KRS 11A.010 to include management personnel of the Kentucky Horse Racing Commission within the definition of "officer" for purposes of the Executive Branch Codes of Ethics.
