Create a new section of KRS 18A.005 to 18A.200 to require executive branch agencies to reduce the compensation of current unclassified employees and all employees hired on or after August 1, 2010, by the amount of retirement benefit received by the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the State Police Retirement System, the Judicial Retirement Plan, or the Legislators' Retirement Plan if they have retired and returned to work with the executive branch; exempt individuals employed as a Trooper R Class from the reduction requirement; amend KRS 61.661 to authorize the release of employment and retirement benefit information for retirees who are receiving a benefit from the Kentucky Employees Retirement System, the County Employees Retirement System, or the State Police Retirement System if they are reemployed with an agency participating in the systems.
