Summary

Create new sections of KRS Chapter 174 to require that bicycle and pedestrian ways be given full consideration in the planning and development of transportation facilities, to allow for exceptions from the general rule, to require an annual report, and to require the cabinet to establish design and construction standards for bicycle and pedestrian ways; amend KRS 176.430 to require the issuance of an annual report.
