Summary

Amend KRS 95A.230, 95A.240, and 95A.262 to decrease the maximum required basic training hours for firefighters and volunteer firefighters needed for a local government to be eligible for funds from the Firefighters Foundation Program fund, while retaining the Kentucky Fire Commission's power to set a lower number of hours.
