Summary
Amend KRS 23A.220 and 24A.185 relating to supplemental court fees imposed by counties to support courthouse operation and construction to require an annual public accounting of the disposition of the funds collected and to restrict expenditure of those funds to Court of Justice purposes only; amend KRS 147A.021 to require the Department for Local Government to publish the collected information; include noncodified transitional provisions.
