Summary
Amend KRS 11.026 to increase the membership of the Historic Properties Advisory Commission from 14 to 18; add the First Lady of the Commonwealth of Kentucky and the spouse of the Lieutenant Governor as ex officio members of the commission; amend KRS 42.019 to include education and experience requirements to the position of director of the Division of Historic Properties/state curator; list the responsibilities of the state curator.
