Summary

Create a new section of KRS Chapter 158 to require the Kentucky Department of Education and the Cabinet for Family and Health Services to identify or develop educational materials and policies to be used for the awareness, prevention, and reporting of child sexual abuse and sexual assault; require the materials and policies to be made available to local school districts; amend KRS 158.070 to require all school district employees to complete a minimum of one hour of self study review of educational materials on awareness and prevention of child sexual abuse and sexual assault each year.
