Summary
Amend KRS 311.725 to require the Cabinet for Health and Family Services to publish a list of certified adoptive homes that have been approved by the cabinet to receive a child for adoption; require the list to be provided to a woman seeking an abortion along with other required materials and to a nonprofit organization designated by the cabinet to produce a video; require a produced video of certified adoptive home parents to be shown to the pregnant woman; require videos to be placed on the nonprofit organizations Web site.
