Summary

Amend KRS 158.110 to require local boards of education to establish a program allowing an adult or secondary school student to volunteer to ride a school bus and accompany a child safely to his or her boarding and drop-off location; require adult volunteers to undergo criminal background check to be paid for by the local board; and identify the Act as Jayden's Law.
