Summary
Amend KRS 160.345 to include a student representative to serve on the school-based decision making council in high schools; specify that the student cannot be an employee or relative of an employee of the high school or district administrative office; provide that the student term is for one year and the student representative shall serve in a nonvoting advisory roll; specify that the student representative will not participate in hiring.
