Summary
Amend KRS 510.140 relating to sexual misconduct to define "sexually oriented business," an "employee" thereof, "nudity;" "semi-nudity," "operator," and "premises"; prohibit an employee of a sexually oriented business, while in a state of semi-nudity, to be within 6 feet of a patron.
