Summary

Create a new Chapter of KRS 164 to require any college or university including public, nonprofit, and proprietary for-profit schools licensed by the Council on Postsecondary Education to publicly disclose according to standardized protocols in print and Web-based advertisements: the retention, graduation, job placement, and loan default rates of program graduates; whether course credits transfer to other postsecondary educational institutions; whether programs meet regional or national licensure or accreditation standards; create a new Chapter of KRS 165A to conform.
