Summary
Amend KRS 6.787 to include names of clients paying more than $1,000 annually to a consulting firm owned by a legislator or spouse, or which employs a legislator or spouse, in the statement of financial disclosure that must be filed by members of the legislative branch; exclude legislators who are attorneys from requirement.
