Summary
Amend KRS 367.628 to prohibit roofing contractors from causing damage to a roof before repair or replacement to increase the scope of repair or replacement and from submitting a claim to an insurer if the roof was not damaged prior to repair or replacement; establish penalties for violations of KRS 367.628; grant enforcement authority to Attorney General.
