Summary

Create a new section of Subtitle 39 of KRS Chapter 304 to permit certain solicitation activities by health care providers for health care services for which payment may be made from basic or added reparations benefits; repeal KRS 367.4081, 367.4082, and 367.4083, relating to solicitation activities by health care providers; provide that existing regulations in violation of section shall be void and unenforceable.
