Summary
Propose to amend Section 32 of the Constitution of Kentucky to prevent Senators from serving more than four consecutive terms of office, not including partial terms, and prevent Representatives from serving more than six consecutive terms of office, not including partial terms, beginning with those elected in 2018; allow legislators to resume service in the house from which they were term-limited after two years have elapsed; provide ballot language; submit to voters for ratification or rejection.
