Summary
Amend KRS 217.920 to define "phototherapy device" a term; amend KRS 217.924 to remove reference to consent forms; amend KRS 217.922 to prohibit an individual under the age of 18 from using a tanning device at a tanning facility, but provide an exemption for medical use of phototherapy devices.
